In our classes, you will be welcome with a generous glass of wine and a simple cheese platter (so there is no need to prepare or worry), while our Chef Luiz introduce you to the recipes and techniques of the day... you will sit and enjoy, your introduction to a proper French meal, what can be better than a good French wine and French cheeses in good company?

Main Dish

Dessert: Choux + Crème

Starter + Wine

You will be able to choose in between a classic ragú, or a steak + sauce as a main. In the picture we show the classic Boeuf Bourguignon, the most popular dish from France, other options are available, such as Blanquette de Veau.

If you choose a Steak + Sauce, we encourage you to prepare under supervision a proper steak with mushroom or pepper sauce, or the famous Porc MIgnon with Moustard Sauce!

Dessert: Choux + Crème

Our top choice for dessert is the Pâte à Choux with Pastry Cream... Pâte a choux is not only the most popular and versatile dough in the french cuisine, but it hides many manufacturing secrets that are easy to reproduce at home later... It is the pair of recipes you will surprise your guest back at home at ease!
